Rob,

One of the nice things about some of the more expensive modules is 
the ability to split the various components into multiple audio 
outputs to a mixer, recorder, or sequencer to further refine the 
sound. But you can also place each pad/input of the DTXpress on a 
separate MIDI channel (1-16) and send the lot to separate tracks on a 
sequencer before mixing down to stereo for playback. Every sequencer, 
I imagine, would have a slightly different way of handling track 
assignments.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
