Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

can anyone point me to the most "realistic" drum performance/ recording / 
mp3 made with a DTXpress kit ?

i've listened to a few of the mp3's in the "FILES" section. the performances 
sound great but the sounds are not always very realistic.

i am making a recording with the DTXpressII kit that is available here and may 
buy one for myself.  but right now i just want to see what this setup is capable 
of and how i can get the most out of it.

i'll be recording to computer and am considering triggering sounds from a 
NON-DTX source.

i am considering recording both MIDI and AUDIO from the DTXpress and 
using other SAMPLED drum sounds from maybe "SAMPLETANK" or 
something instead of the sounds from the module - or maybe a MIX of both 
module sounds and other external SAMPLED sounds.

anyone doing that?
