For those interested in programming an
editor, maybe you can start with : Jsynth Lib, www.overwhelmed.org/jsynthlib/ , an universal sysex editor/librarian. It is open source
(GPL), home page in source forge : http://sourceforge.net/projects/jsynthlib .
It is a Java application, supporting several
synths. Then you can "add" a synth by adding a piece of code.... some tutorials
for adding in the home page.
We can think also about
- Soundiver, which includes a Intrument
creator module (never tested). But commercial product.
- Same for Midiquest (you can add a synth, but
commercial product)

for mac maybe
some sysex editor code from GLib available here http://www.nosuch.com/glib/

I'm not a developper, and just starting with
sysex.....,but I would be interested by the
data.... So if you can send me a copy.....
But why not putting this data in the "files"
section of the group ?
