Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Both will do both, depending on your system and the software used you 
might want to go for the M-Audio piece, less latency and driver issues 
with the majority of HD recording and sequencing suites.
UNLESS you're using a Cakewalk product, then I'd recommend the Lexicon 
Omega
