Thanks, this is the info I was looking for.  Latency will not be an 
issue as I have a Delta 1010 running @ 13ms.

sounds after u play the pad. The best way around this is to play your 
drum track into cubase using an onboard kit for reference, then 
change the MIDI output in cubase to trigger your plug in.
