DTXchange ERROR

Hi, first I would like to say that I am using an external midi 
connection to my parallel port.  Second, when I go to "MIDI Setup" 
On DTXchange, it gives me a runtime error 380.  How can I fix 
this??  I cant do anything if I cant setup my midi settings.
