Hey Jay I think I would go with a simpler approach, something like this Headphones amp http://tinyurl.com/ysqqb or http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/sid=040219073958148244068034343115/g=live/search/detail/base_pid/180615/ much cheaper, but well I play alone or with maybe a friend sometimes, so I would not ever spend nearly 400dlls for such equipment, if you walk by my house you will either hear some really horrible singing, or some sticks hitting rubber pads, in a rather inconsistent manner..... well I hope to be of some help.
