First of all, because the Behringer is a single speaker, and the
DTXpress module has a dedicated mono output, you don't need to find a
special way to convert stereo to mono. The mono cable isn't a
problem. I don't have a clue what the output level from the module
is, but if it's too low for the Behringer line input, a DI box would
balance the line, probably help to keep hum and signal noise down,
suitably lower its impedance to match that of the mic input, and
maybe attenuate the resulting signal sufficiently to protect the
preamp on the Behringer from overload and distortion. Why not try it?
DI boxes aren't necessarily expensive; some are $30 to $40. Maybe
someone else has an informed view.
