You should not have to pay more than £750 new. Drumwright and Piedog 
advertise at £745, Poole Percussion at £799, and there are others. 
They also turn up on eBay from time to time, though there's only one 
there now and it looks very sus (new seller with zero feedback and 
only a catalogue photo).

Availability will be your problem. I doubt you'll be able to find 
stock. The DTXpressIII is available in Europe (several posters here 
have reported having one). Thomann has the II advertised at E990 
(£702) on which you'd obviously have shipping.

If it were me, right now I would hang on for the III.
