sounds like:
dirty cables or
transducer connections poor
or internal transducer connection bad.
Try some wd40 on all connections to that pad, and change the
cable while yer at it. should clear up jest fine.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
