I just wanted to publically thank Giles Hearn for his DTXpressions site and the great files and information he has there. I've had my DTXpress for seven months, and although I've played around with adjustments to settings as posted here (I am far from comfortable with this stuff), I had no idea how great the kit could sound until I downloaded kits from Giles' site. WOW - what a difference. And, the download process was simple with MIDI cables (I expected many problems and had none). I play for a contemporary church on Sundays and the rather ho-hum kit sounds I was able to produce had me contemplating an acoustic set. Not now - the kits I downloaded give great sounds and renew my interest in tweaking the settings (now that I know how good they really can sound). I may still add some real cymbals but, other than that, the DTXpress will do the trick. Also, thanks to all who post here. The tips and tricks are invaluable. Bill
