Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi again,

Has anybody seen/bought the Russ Miller Crash Course book for DTxpress?  I 
saw in the Archives that somebody asked once before, but didn't see any 
responses. I'd love to hear opinions about it, and just how focused it is on 
our favorite set.
