Joe,

Not really. But if you upgraded to a dual-zone 10" or 14" mesh snare, 
you could program the rim (input 9 or 10) to a cross-stick sound so 
that hitting it together with the head (input 2) will give you a 
rimshot of sorts. It satisfies some people, though it's not exactly 
accurate.
