does it only happen when you are playing along with a cd?

How you changed any of the settings in the module accidentally
recently?

Check the cable connection first. If you have ever plugged in the
cable jack into or out of a pad with the module on, you will notice
the piezo will trigger.

So it could be a loose connection in the cable or in the jack itself.

Try using an another cable. If that doesn't do anything, then it
could be a loose connection inside the pad itself.

Also, to eliminate the possibility that it is in the module itself,
you can try plugging a TP60 pad into trigger input no. 1 and changing
the trigger type from a KP to a TP type pad. (And if it only happens
when you play along to a cd, try using the TP in input no. 1 with the
cd playing. IF it works fine, then you can eliminate the module at
the problem. By using a known working cable, you can also eliminate
the cable as an issue. You can also try plugging the KP into a
different input, say number 3 and see if it machine guns. If it does
then the KP is the problem.

Try these things, and let us know the results. If these things don't
work then you might have changed a setting in the module, like the
KEY OFF setting.
