Pete,

In principle, copyrighted material is probably prohibited, though in 
practice, it might not cause much concern. I'm the editor of a 
publication, and we charge for all permissions to reprint, whether on 
the web or not, and we have to ensure that even access on the web is 
regulated to avoid theft. The issue of intellectual property has 
become tricky. But I'll bet that if I asked Rhythm for permission to 
reproduce its review on a web forum with more than a 1,000 members 
and substantial transient traffic, they might warm to the idea, given 
the potential for new readers.
