Cymbal Arm items for PCY65/65S

I&#180;m looking to buy another PCY65S for my kit. My question is about
that little black metal part which sits just below the top of the arm
and prevents the cymbal to swing around, Is it coming with the PCY65S
or with the arm? Does anybody know the Yamaha code number for this
part in case that I would have to buy it as a spare part?
