Yes!  The thing I love about this amp (which I have) is that it's a 3-way 
system, which has a better frequency distribution across the spectrum, AND 
the power supply/subwoofer combination seems well matched.  The latter means 
that the the power supply is strong enough to control that big sub 
accurately, so that when you really crank the amp, you don't hear that 
flubbing and/or the voice coil clanging against the back of the magnet.  If 
I, a deaf person, can hear that coil clanging, it's GOT to be bad sounding to 
people who have normal hearing!  I hear that with the Roland keyboard amp 
with the 12" sub (I know, a 15" pushes more air than a 12") at fairly loud 
levels, plus the bass and hits are simply not as tight (muddy), AND that amp 
is even more money than the KX-1200!
