Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I noticed that my kick stop making sounds but I had been messing with 
some other triggers and figured I had bumped something.  I went 
looking at it was registering all the way up to 99% and the volume 
was fine???? So I turned it off and back on (being a computer nerd I 
understand the value of a reboot ;)  Now it's working????  I've had 
it happen to me 3 times in basically 24 hours?  

Anyone else get this?

BTW, this is a DTXpress III.
