Something new from Yamaha....

2004-07-20 by oldguydrummer

Yamaha will be introducing a new Website geared toward the DTX line
of edrums at Summer Namm. The site will have forum, samples, tidbits
and a direct contact with the folks at Yamaha to ask specific
questions. The website has:

Dtx forums for the Dtxpress III/IIIsp, Dtxtreme IIS, Midi topics,
techniques, and general discussion forums.

A resource area with links to manuals, tutorials, specifications and
xtra sounds that can be uploaded into the IIS.

A store for purchasing Yamaha gear.

An Artist spot area, featuring artist that use the gear.

A factory demo area.

A link to upcoming Yamaha sponsered clinics by Tony Verderosa and
Akira Jimbo.

Here is the start page that will become hot on July 23.

Actually, they are going to provide a link to our group here, so we should
get some additional members. I think Jim realizes just how much we do here
and appreciates it.
