MIDI-trouble

2001-05-29 by ziv.elven@c2i.net

I've been having trouble getting DTXpress to play MIDI-files.
It plays everything but the drums.
When I arrange a MIDI-song I use the standard channel 10 for drums but
the DTXpress doesn't agree with me and sets up different channels for the drums every time I press play.
I use an older version of Cakewalk, but that souldn't have anything to do with it?

Help, please.

Make sure your drum part is not muted on the DTX. If you see a little D up in the right hand corner (I think) then it is muted. Press and hold shift and then the mute or drum button and the D should toggle on or off. It is just like when you are playing the internal songs of the DTX.
Hope it helps...
