RE: Spam:[DTXpress] Re: Inputs on DTXPRESSIIISP

One option to not overlook is that if you can settle on using only user defined kits and are will to move pads around with the Dtxpress IIISP, you can end up with several options. If you move the KP65 (which has a aux. input) up to inputs 9/10 and plug the Crash2 into the KP65, you will end up with a free stereo input no. 1 that you can plug a PCY130S or any other stereo pad into and get a two zones of sounds. Or if you move the KP65 up to inputs 9/10 and plug the crash2 into the KP65 and then shift Crash1 (PCY130S stereo pad) from input 7 down to input 1, where the KP65 was originally plugged into, you then have a free stereo 3 zone input no. 7 that can be used to plug another PCY150S or a TP65S or a TP100/120 three zone pad into and end up with an extra 3 zone pad. From: DTXpress@yahoogroups.com [mailto:DTXpress@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of jkfrench Also, as you will find out, all of the trigger inputs are used with the default set. However, the 'Crash 2' input is a stereo input, and according to the documentation the Crash 2 that is plugged into that input is only a mono, single voice pad...even though they give you a stereo cable for it, so you could potentially add an additional mono trigger to that stereo input, giving you a seperate input on both left and right sides (and are considered port 9 and port 10 by the DTX III module). You'll see once you get your set. I hope this was of some help.
