Are Pintech ConcertCast pads compatible with the mounting spurs of
the DTXPRESS rack??

Yes.
I have one and also the roland pd80r. they both fit on the yamaha 
spikes, you just have to set the spikes upwards.
The pintech triggers a lot better than the roland with the dtxpress, 
and is a nice size. Dont get too exited about rim triggering if you 
are thinking of buying the dual zone cocertcast pad, you have to hit 
it sooooo hard to get a rimshot. Stick with the single zone.
