Using DTXpress III to Play FXpansion BFD

I just got my DTXpress III and set it up and was all excited to finally play my BFD drum software in real time, but only some of the drums are working. The Hi-Hat open/close is fine, the crash and ride are fine, and the 2nd tom is fine. However, the snare and bass do not trigger anything at all, and the 1st tom also plays an open hi-hat. All of the drum pads play the correct sounds when using the internal DTXpress drum kits. I apologize in advance if this question has been posted in advance. Any help would be appreciated though.
