The TP120SD works fine with the Dtpxress module. The red adjustment knob
won't work though, as it will only work on the Dtxtreme IIS. You will
need a separate snare stand, as it does not have an integral internal
mounting bracket. The TP100 does have the same internal mounting bracket
as the Dtxpress pads do though.

Hello!

I want to upgrade my DTXIII Special kit with a new snare pad. 

So I was thinking about TP120SD from Dtxtreme. Is it worth upgarding? 
Do I need a snare stand for TP120D?
