RE: Spam:[DTXpress] Re: New Moderator

I want to publicly thank Keith for stepping up to the plate and helping
out the Admin here. (Note: Keith this is a non-paying position.)

I have not had much free time myself to contribute to this group,
especially since my father passed away at the end May. As the sole heir,
I have had to take on managing his estate. So when Ed suggested we ask
Keith to come on board, I was all for it.

So welcome aboard and thanks for helping out.

OldGuyDrummer-OGD

Thanks Ed.

Just some background for people who don't know me:

I have only been drumming for a couple of years, but designing
electronics for over 25 years, so I am more "electronic" than
"drummer". I have only played electronic drums so any comparison with
"real" drums just go straight over my head. I am in the UK and have
recently joined a band, left a band and now forming another band!

I designed the "magic box" due to popular demand. If I didn't have to
work for a living I would probably spend more time playing drums and
designing gadgets for them, although there are lots of other things I
like doing as well which are always competing for my spare time. My
kit is the DTXpress III with ever changing snare (currently a Pintech
ConcertCast).

Keith.
