Triple Zone Snare doesn't work

Hi there, I'm a new DTXpress II owner. Yesterday, I got it and started playing, and almost everything works fine. I think the TP65S does not work. I don't know, but every kit I choose in the module only has normal snare sounds, but no rim sound and no rim shot sounds. snareR1 and R2 are enabled, a stereo cable is plugged in into the right input and the trigger type is also S65-1, but still no rim sounds. I always can hear the normal snare sound only. Also the note chase for rim1 and 2 for the snare don't work. Do you have any idea how to fix this? I can't find anything in the manual. Thanks, Flynn
