click issue veryu annoying

Hi! guys!!! Had my dtxpress II for a while now. Just wondering if anyone can solve my problem. I currently cannot seem to use my click track, or play songs. When I go to the song, the tempo just has "ext", and I can't change it. Anyone know why this is? Really could use the help.
