TP65S Problem

Hi guys,
I bought DTXpress 111 standard set before a week.While Playing on TP65S (3-Zone snare pad) the rimshot and cross stick sound coming only on particular point of the Rim( not in entire cross stick zone or rim shot zone).The same thing happens on PCY 65S Crash cymbal also.How to solve this problem? If anybody knows reply.
