Weak signal from a BP80 with new piezos

Weak signal from a BP80 with new piezos

2007-01-10 by jeffsweigard

My piezoes on my BP80 went bad so I put in new ones. The signal is
weak. I messed with the gain and Mvel but it is still weak. I'm getting
about 30% when I hit hard, Any suggestions? This is for the first
DTXpress not II or III.

Check the attenuator switch on the back of the module.

Try swapping the piezo connections over (the DTXpress seems to be more
sensitive to positive going signals than negative ones).

Keith.
