Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

can i use everything which is in my DTXpress in my songs (and sell them)?

the problem is i want to use part of the preset song from DTXpress

where can i find any information?

The individual pad sounds, like synth patches, are
obviously OK to use. But the preset songs are likely
to be copyrighted. Someone wrote them, after all!
If you have a recording contract and you used a
recognisable chunk of one of the songs - you'd likely
be in breach of copyright. The record company would
need to know this in order to sort out performance &
publishing royalties etc. etc. 

However, it's unlikely Yamaha will come knocking at
your door - so if you're just doing it for fun/local
gigs/personal reasons and maybe selling a few CDRs,
then no-one's going to care. After all, everyone else
is doing it!
