here's a few places you can get some pretty detailed info.on yamaha e-
drum set-ups
http://www.drumcentral.com/navbar-electronicdrumsets.htm

http://www.musiciansbuy.com/yamaha_drums_percussion_index.htm

http://www.yamaha.com/cgi-win/webcgi.exe/gDMR00006

if you get a chance to climb behind the dtextremes at a music
store,it's definately worth your while to demo one ,they're are very
sweet!!! hope this helps!!!

Hi Stu,

It is an option in the Utility section, if my memory
is working correctly. I will check to be sure when I
get home and if I find differently, I'll let you know.

yes you will find the factory reset function in utilites mode just
scan through and look for ut system factory set, also you can find a
step by step in the manual on page 53 at the bottom left side of the
page,if you don't have a manual i could email you a walkthrough for
how to do this,if you have anything that you've created you may want
to save it first,as when you do a factory reset on the module any
drumkits etc.that you've created in it will be gone
hope this helps you out
