i'm having a problem with my normal pads. the pad assigned to the snare keeps cutting in and out when ever i play hard drum rolls.
i've exchanged the hihat with the snare but still the same. Does the Yamaha DTXpress have any maximum input level? does it clipp whenever you play to hard such that the level distorts the input?

>Yes, the kick pad seems to crap out. I was getting double triggering on mine for a while before it finally died. I would recomend getting a quality trigger like a Pintech.
