Hi Hat controll pedal

Is it possible to set the Hi Hat controll pedal to
be a secound bass pedal with out switching the HHC cable to input 1 ( Kick
input)? What I'm tring to accomplish is having the hi hat pad to sound a
closed hi hat and the HHC pedal to sound a kick sound.
