Getting rid of THAT kick tower..

Getting rid of THAT kick tower..

2002-11-19 by Spencer Hopkinson

The time has finally come to get rid of the DTXPress v1 kick tower...

I'd really like the DTXtreme kick...is it compatible with DTXpress 1?

also

Can I plug in the DTXtreme snare pad to DTXpress 1?

Hi Spencer,

Both pads should work fine on the DTXpress - just make
sure you plan on two inputs for the snare and one for
the kick. Walt

Thanks Walt,

Do you mean using a stereo cable for the snare or using the 9/10 input on
the brain?

Hi Spenser,
Both (my wife hates it when I do that) - the snare is
a dual trigger, with each trigger fequiring its own
input. You can use a stereo cable and inputs 9/10 to
accomplish that, then you could hook the bass into
input 1 with a mono cable.
