line out volume drop

Hi, i've been using my dtxpress for live/recording & teaching so it's been moved about a fair bit. It's been very reliable but when ever it has had a glitch, switching off for a few secs & then re- starting usually does the trick. Until now. Currently the line out signal is very weak indeed making use without headphones impossible. I've tried adjusting the LIVE/PRACTICE mode & various volume options with no luck. Has anybody experienced this? Any solutions? PLEASE!!
