Installing PCY10...Cymbal Bell on DTExpress II

Just need some help, just received my "cymbal bell pad" PCY10. It came with another metal cymbal mount (the tilter thing that the cymbal mounts on). I wanna know should I REMOVE the standard tilter- (that is the one that came withe the DTExpressII kit), and INSTALL the one that came with the PCY10? I want the cymbal bell pad to mount on top of my cymbal PCY80. How can I do this? Your help will be appreciated!!
