MIDI: Snare and Kick sounds like a "click"

Hello, I have downloaded the Windows MIDI Watch program from the DTXpression site. Basically, it allows me to play and regenerates the drum sounds thru PC's sound card. All pads generate the appropriate sound, except tha the Snare and the Kick are producing "Click" sound. Why? How do I go about in resolving this? Jeff
