Hi Ben,
The 65S and 80S are the same size, but the former has the capacity
for three sounds (body and two rims) and the latter only two (body
and rim). Since your original DTXPU module can't accommodate three-
sound pads, the 65S would seem to be overkill, except for the fact
that it lists for considerably less money than the 80s. You might
want to buy it and use it at 2/3 capacity for that reason alone. The
two PCY-S versions are basically the same stereo cymbals with
choking. The 65-S has a new texture. Both should work with your
module. I know that Drum Central Superstore sells them with cables
included. The policy may vary from store to store. Your old mono
pads can go into 9/10 with a splitter.
