Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Guys, I FINALLY received my tracking number!! NOT FRIDAY NIGHT BY 
9PM Eastern Time, as I was promised!  I was on my computer at 7AM 
(2/8) and there were NO emails from Resurrection Drums.  Here it is 
almost 1PM on Saturday (2/8)...and I just received my tracking 
number.  Get this...it was SHIPPED YESTERDAY...2/7.  This guy lied 
to me all along.  I KNEW it didn't ship out on Wednesday, like I was 
told.  I certainly HOPE the thing WORKS....if not, I KNOW I can 
TRUST Alternate Mode to fix it.  They have been great (Alt Mode).  I 
received my PS and manuel yesterday (2/7) and I'm getting the 
mounting plate and bracket...that will be here probably Monday, as 
it took 2 days to ship.  I will be calling Mario at Alternate, and 
tell him NOT to refer anyone to Jeff Lee at Resurrection.
Get this....my KITI isn't gonna be delivered until 2/13.

I HATE to sound like the town crier...but I want EVERYBODY in this 
forum to steer clear of Resurrection Drums aka rezdrums.con...(oops! 
I mean "dot com").  Please pass this experience I had on to any 
other drummers you know, and I have a few guys I know that are on 
other drum forums that will post how piss-poor this Resurrection 
Drums company is.  I don't want anybody to go thru what I've been 
thru this past week.  Obviously, they don't care about customer 
satisfaction.  Thanks for all your support and concern, guys!...Jade

Glad to hear that your finally getting your MIDI KITI!
 Hopefully, as you said, the thing works okay for you.
 And, yes, Jadie, I know I will for one keep Rezdrums
off of anybody lists of possiblities.  Good luck!
