Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

hey guys and gals
with the dtxpress i use, on the kick pad i seem to get a lot of bounce. I 
was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what kind of beater 
got rid of the problem.
I use a dw 5000 single on it and the beater is so big it is hard to control. 
I tried the one off my tama pedal and it helped some but not enough. The pad 
rejection is set at 6 or 7 and if i set it any higher i cannot do quick 
doubles. This is highly anoying.
One other thing does anyone tried a double pedal on their kit, i have used 
my tama double sucessfuly but you have to squeeze the beaters close 
together. Sure wish they would put a wider pad on that kick stand, anyway

Why don't you buy another kick pad KP60 and plug it inside the DTXPU module ?
[where there is a free entry to connect another pad]
You should not encouter those problemes anymore.
