Hi everyone. I'm new here. I'm trying to get my DTXpress to work as a midi trigger into my Mac (via a MOTU 828MKII interface) to trigger sounds in REASON. I've gone blind trying to read the manual and find what is probably a simple formula. Can anyone PLEASE help me with this? Many many thanks in advance. I LOVE my DTXPRESS!

Start reading page 41 to 46 of the reason manual for starters... Set up a kit on the DTX with no sounds assigned to pads or turn the volume down on the unit or mix and match sounds from reason and the module... take some eggs, some potatoes... You may have to change the note assignments to the pads on the DTX module to comply to the redrum notes. gord. flamingstetson wrote:

OOOPS! Sorry I meant the pad should have no volume on it, but if you use sound #000-NO ASSIGN you will get nothing as it essentially 'unplugs' the pad (so to speak) gord. distortion@... wrote:
