how do I listen to new kits on the computer

how do I listen to new kits on the computer

Hello,

Just got a DTXpress off ebay. It's great. I'd like to download and
listen to some other kits where are they and how do I listen to them
prior to installing on the DTX module?

Congrats on the new kit!

You'll find drum kits under the Files section to the left. You will
need a program to upload them to your module. You can find that
under Files--Utilities, or the DTXpressions.com website. You will
also need the appropriate MIDI cables and interface.

As far as I know, you cannot listen to a drum kit before sending
them to the module. It's in what's called sysex format. Doesn't
contain any sound, just data for the module to work with.

Good luck!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
