Hello Ken.
1) We will need to be in Voice Edit Mode.
2) Make a note of all the settings of your kick drum sound.
3) Make a note of all the settings for your closed hi-hat sound.
4) Enter all the settings of your kick drum sound into the pedal trigger
(hit the hi-hat pad, then close the foot pedal - it would normally produce
the sound of the hi-hat closing - darn clever if you ask me)
5) Enter all the settings of your closed hi-hat sound into your open hi-hat
sound.
NB - All settings means settings from both layers if used.
I've a single kit with a double kick setting, I only use one because I'm not
very good at it - make that piss poor in fact.
My brain can't seem to cope with trying to separate each limb.
I can double pedal, but my left & right arm want to copy what my legs are
doing.
So I just stick to a normal set-up most of the time.
