Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

A lil help if anyone could,
I loaded the desktop application for my Palm zire71 and when I click 
on the icon I get " cannot initialize rich text support" what the 
heck does that mean ? couldn't find it anywhere in support help. I 
want to get this thing going, so I can use it for listening to mp3's.

I typed:

cannot initialize rich text support Palm

into Google and got this:
