First thing you should do before uploading anything into the module, is to save all you settings down to you computer for save keeping, just in case something happens that requires a factory reset. When you load sys files like kits to the module, you are putting them in the user kit areas. You can't over right any of the permit kits/songs, etc. So you don't really need to unload it. If you need the space for other kits, you just write over an existing user kit. of the kits from the files in the next couple of days.
