Well, I tried that file on my machine last night, and it worked fine; so I guess you're either missing something, or you have a problem with one of your machines. Write Enable should be ON; Tape should be OFF; MIDI Channel (parameter 84) should be set to 1. While the patches are transferring, you should see the DW8000 display counting up from 11 to 84. I don't know what else to tell you, pal. ~G At 03:34 PM 8/6/03 -0700, you wrote: >i know i am just not doing one thing and its holding up everything >ok can anyone do a step by step complete from start to finish? do i have >to have the write enable on? should i be seeing the load in the led >display? also how do i save the current sounds on my korg to my pc? and >whats the midi through for? and how do i play my existing sounds through >my pc instead of my amp? sooooo many questions heh i really appreaciat al >who have helped and appreciate all who keep helping cause lord know's i >need help .......... >thanks alot. >ps. my korg works great and its hooked up corectly to my pc casue i can >use it as a controler. and my pc rules and is a super computer 2.4ghz p4 >533mhz fsb 1gig DDR ram 2700 333mhz so i have the power now i wana >create.soo please help > > >greg montalbano <greg.montalbano@...> wrote: >Hmmm... >not sure what's wrong -- as long as you have parameter 84 (MIDI channel) >set to one, these files should load.
