Well, I tried that file on my machine last night, and it worked fine;  so I 
guess you're either missing something, or you have a problem with one of 
your machines.

Write Enable should be ON;  Tape should be OFF;  MIDI Channel (parameter 
84) should be set to 1.
While the patches are transferring, you should see the DW8000 display 
counting up from 11 to 84.

I don't know what else to tell you, pal.
