Re: [DW8000] Re: Questionably functional DW-8000...?

I know that they re not analogue, but the way how they build their
sound-"data" seems to be not the typical "sampling" (or "rompler" or
whatever). Harmonic Synthesis (as the DW6/8000 seems to use) isnt the
typical "sample" Playback. After the signal leaves the CPU=>DAC-08 it is
-of course- analogue processed, but the DW (and also my EX-8000) seems
to use harmonic waveforms/synthesis in order to generate waves/signals,
-not- 1:1 Samples from a wavetable. I -know- the differences between
VCO/DCO/ROMPler (i have here 15 Synthesizers which working with
different type of Oscillators incl. "Rompler" and a few analogue
Drummers incl. Korg Mp7 and a CR78).

Ive also built a few little Synths by my own, theyre working at the
moment with Microcontrollers and the digital output is also being
processed by a DAC-0800 (there i -also- use wavetables inside the
program to create waveforms). They are all connected with -one- slightly
better Microcontroller for choosing different waveforms/frequency
settings,/keyboard decoding blahblahblah, but they are -for me- also
DCOs, because they are -controlled- by another Processor, even theyre
in fact "wavetable-Oscillators".
