Maybe you missed the diskussion about "MIS Inks and Piezo driver" some days ago, which was initialized by Martin after having read the hint on the MIS Web site. Occasionly I had tried this combo just that day, so I could tell some first impressions in Msg 860. Perhaps you like to read it again. I myself find it very hard to follow this MIS diskussion, because actually we are talking at least about 3 (to 4) MIS inksets: MIS Original Quad (multiple workflows) MIS Full Spectrum (J. Woolf workflow or Piezo Driver by J. Cone) MIS Variable Mix (a) 4 inks, (b) 6 inks: (Paul Roark workflow) Sometimes its hard to figure out what people are talking about, if they only refer to MIS inks. So I second Martins proposal a lot to indicate in the thread-header, which "inkflow" erverybody is talking about. Greetings to Spain, hope the sun shines brightly. Bernd PS: could anybody please tell the difference between the terms "continous tone" and "full spectrum".... ; - ) B.
