For what it's worth, I have been using their Bamboo paper regularly for several years.  I use the 13x19 size on an Epson 7800 and until recently I never had any issues.  The last box that I bought in late April had unusually severe curling along the 19" sides, and when I attempt to print on it, the printer heads smash into the edges of the paper and thrash about, tearing the paper and spewing ink.  

To successfully I print on it, I must manually de-curl the sheet by bending the sides in the opposite direction of the curl for 10 or 15 seconds before loading it into the printer.

This very well may be coincidence or due to other factors, but after seeing your posting I thought I'd add my experience in case there are others on the list who have had this problem recently (thus suggesting a possible Hahnemule QA problem)
