Might the problem be due to either a different manufacturing tech technioque or a naturally occurring difference in the material used to manufacture the paper?  It might be worth contacting the manufacturer to find out.  If so, then this discussion becomes academic since it cannot be fixed.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
